In honor of the recent launch of their critically acclaimed 4X space strategy game Sword of the Stars: Collector\u2019s Edition, leading Publisher Lighthouse Interactive and accomplished developer Kerberos Productions, released a new demo today. This demo was taken from the gold master code, which is the very latest version of the game, and is representative of the Sword of the Stars universe as it is now.

The entire Kerberos team is fired up about the release of the Collector\u2019s Edition because fans of Sword of the Stars will now have a chance to play the long awaited expansion Born of Blood. For newcomers, we\u2019ve created a comprehensive tutorial video pack to ease player into the Sword of the Stars universe. The demo is based on version 1.5.2 \u2013 the most awesomest version \u2013 of the game, and covers gameplay leading up to the Cruiser/Fusion era, two wicked maps, and multiplayer action for up to three players. Our goal is to whet the appetites of strategy game fans that have yet to enter the vast world of Sword of the Stars.
